Pablo is a Doctor in Veterinary Medicine, MBA, and Master’s in Economy. He is also a Certified Board Member by ICA (Madrid). He has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including more than 20 years in senior executive roles.

He has been a contributor to Global Leadership and Executive Committees and has held C-suite positions including Global Head of Commercial Operations and Chief Operating Officer. He has also served as CEO of several companies, as well as Regional Head for Europe at one of the largest pharmaceutical companies, where he led a €2 billion portfolio.

His experience spans domestic, regional, and global roles with full P&L responsibility, positioning him as a valuable advisor to biotech companies looking to expand their business. His focus is on driving growth through innovation and building high-performing teams with strong ethical standards.
