Mónica Villas is a former Executive from IBM with more than 25 years of IT expertise.

Mónica is currently working as a technology advisor, mainly with AI and other Disruptive Technologies. AI Ethics is a field she is  very passionate about.

Mónica has written a book called "Manual de Ética Aplicada en Inteligencia Artificial" published by Anaya and continue doing research on this topic.

Simultaneously, she is also a teacher in several post-graduate programs  in different business school and in-company training, focusing mainly on Disruptive Technologies or AI and how to apply them to business and innovation.

Besides that, she is working now with several companies advising on AI adoption and AI ethics.
