Javier is an Industrial Engineer from ICAI, with more than 20 years of experience in IT/Digital Transformation/Electronic Payments/Cybersecurity. Expert in Banking and Distribution, he has led different companies to reach world leadership positions.

Partnered with Tier1 clients to develop and implement disruptive solutions that transformed bank and retail processes through self-service, digital and multichannel strategies, efficiently using Digital Technologies.

As CEO, he led the transformation of a Spanish multinational of 1.2 billion Euros in revenues in 100 countries with 6500 employees. He was for eleven years member of the Global Executive Board, President & CEO of Latin America, Spain and North America of a multinational technology company of digital solutions and services for banking and retail.
